A/V Ministry

There is a lot that goes into a service each week. We need people to assist with:

• Visual Displays
• Live Streaming
• Sound

The team is responsible for running all audio and video in the building and online.

Worship

The Praise Team sings and plays a both contempory and classic hymns. They are always looking for drummers, guitar and bass players, keyboardists, etc. If you play an instrument we would love to incorporate you into the team. Vocalists are also welcomed!

Card Ministry

We send out cards to those:

• Having a birthday
• Who need encouragement
• Those who are sick
• Those we haven't seen in a while

We want people to know that we do care, and want to support them through whatever circumstance they are going through.

Greeters

If you enjoy welcoming and meeting new people, we would love for you to join our Greeters Team. The Greeters are responsible for:

• Welcoming all who enter the front doors and handing them a bulletin
• Looking out for new people and making sure they know where everything is
• Helping new families to locate the classroom for any children
• Giving new visitors a Welcome Bag

Cleaning

The Cleaning Ministry ensures all areas of the church are kept clean. This includes:

• Vacuuming
• Cleaning Bathrooms
• Removing anything left in the pews
• Emptying garbage cans in all rooms

This is to ensure a welcoming environment to make Sunday services, events, meetings, etc. a pleasant experience for all.

Computer Ministry

The computer ministry oversees:

• Hardware - facilitates the purchase of all PCs, printers, servers, network equipment, internet access, etc.
• Software - facilitates the purchase of software
• Website - Oversees management of the website, domain, hosting company, database and access

Decorating Ministry

The Decorating Ministry ensures the building's ambiance remains vibrant, welcoming, and visually appealing for all guests and members. They skillfully curate seasonal decorations, enhancing the atmosphere for holidays and special events with creativity and care.

Graphic Arts Ministry

The Graphic Arts ministry creates: for bulletins, websites, social media, events, videos and ministries as needed.

• Graphics
• Flyers
• Brochures
• Signs, etc.

Missions Ministry

The Missions Ministry thoughtfully:

• Organizes and schedules impactful community projects
• Strategically allocates funds to support a variety of charitable organizations
• Compassionately prepares and delivers care packages to those in need fostering hope and connection.

Ride Ministry

The Ride Ministry compassionately coordinates transportation for members and regular attendees, ensuring they can participate in Sunday services, events, and activities at the church. They provide essential support for those unable to drive due to age, vehicle issues, nighttime limitations, or other challenges, fostering a community connection.

Security Ministry

The Security Ministry diligently ensures the safety and security of everyone on church grounds, protecting against potential threats. They also maintain the property's safety by ensuring all equipment is in proper working order, minimizing risks and fostering a secure environment for all.

Social Media Ministry

Duties of the Social Media Ministry include:

• Live-stream events
• Content creation (scripture verses etc.)
• Post ministry content - content created by other ministries/leaders
• Ensure consistency - all posts are consistent with the branding and mission of the church

Grounds / Maintenance Ministry

The Grounds/Maintenance Ministry takes care of both the grounds and building (inside and out). Duties include:

• Cutting grass
• Keeping shrubs and trees trimmed)
• Exterior and Interior building maintenance

Outreach Ministry

The outreach ministry develops a detailed plan with clear objectives, mission, and vision to reach others for Christ. Considers resources, including funds, supplies, and volunteers, and budgeting strategies. Outreach will leveraging social media for communication and engagement. The Outreach Ministry facilitates the commission given by Christ to His disciples as outlined in Matthew 28:18-20.
